We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, where we keep it, and your rights.

When you enquire

When you send an enquiry through our form, we collect: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), postcode, number of cats, the dates you need us, how many visits a day, and any notes about your cat's needs.

Please don't put your full address in the form—we'll ask for it at the meet-and-greet instead.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Reply to you and arrange a free meet-and-greet
• Work out how far you are from us and what price applies
• Confirm your booking and keep your details safe during the visit

We never sell or share your details with anyone else. We don't use them for marketing unless you ask us to.

After you book

At the meet-and-greet, you'll fill in a care form with your vet's details, an emergency contact, feeding and medication notes, and your consent for emergency vet treatment. We keep this form in a private folder.

We delete both your enquiry and your care form 12 months after your last visit. If you don't book, we delete your enquiry after 3 months.

Where your data is kept

Enquiries are saved in a private Google Sheet and emailed to us. Your postcode is sent to the postcodes.io service to calculate how far you are from us—this is for distance checking only and is never stored or shared.

Care forms are kept offline in a private folder on our computer, encrypted and secure.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and counts visits without tracking you across other websites.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your details at any time. Contact us on 07793 037 788 or WhatsApp, and we'll help within 30 days.
