Going away? Your cat stays home. We pop in.

We visit your cat at home in Shortlands, Beckenham and Bromley: food, fresh water, litter and a fuss. You get a photo after every visit. From £11 a visit.

We usually reply the same day. Same-week bookings welcome.

  • DBS-checked
  • Free meet-and-greet first

We're a local family business: Stuart and his eight-year-old son. Our young co-founder is learning how a business works, always under my supervision. I do every visit myself and I'm responsible for your cat, your home and every key.

Why choose home cat sitting over boarding?

Your cat gets to stay in their own home, with their own toys, bed and routine, and gets visits from someone they've already met. Our comparison of home sitting, catteries and kennels goes into more detail.

Home visits (us)

  • £11 a day for one visit, or £20 a day for two
  • Your cat stays somewhere they know
  • Their own food, water, litter and bed
  • Free meet-and-greet before you book
  • Photo update after every visit
  • Suits cats that like routine, nervous cats and homes with more than one cat

Cattery or boarding

  • Usually charged per day; prices vary, so ask a few locally
  • Your cat stays in a pen or room somewhere new
  • Staff look after your cat on site
  • No keys to hand over
  • Some cats find the move stressful
  • Suits confident cats and longer trips

What a week costs with us

Seven days is £77 with one visit a day, or £140 with two, for one or two cats.

What happens on a visit

We follow the same 30-minute routine every time, so your cat knows what to expect and nothing gets missed.

  1. 0 min

    Find the cat

We let ourselves in and find your cat.

  2. 5 min

    Food and water

Your food, your portions, clean bowls.

  3. 10 min

    Litter and medication

Tray cleaned, any tablets given and logged.

  4. 15 min

    Play and a fuss

At least ten minutes, if your cat agrees.

  5. 28 min

    Lock up, send photo

Windows, taps and door checked. Update sent.

After each visit you get a photo and a report card on WhatsApp: what your cat ate, any medication given, their mood, and anything else we think you should know.

Our patch

We visit within a mile of home, so we're never late and never rushed. A little further, up to a mile and a half, we'll quote you a price.

  • Within 1 mile: our standard prices
  • Up to 1.5 miles: price on application

Not sure if you're in our patch? Message us with the first half of your postcode.

Map of the area we cover. A red dotted circle shows 1 mile from home, where standard prices apply. A larger orange dashed ring shows up to 1.5 miles, where we quote a price.

Every visit gets a report card

Our co-founder writes it, I check it, and it comes to you on WhatsApp with a photo. You'll know exactly how dinner went.

Example report card for a cat called Biscuit. Mood meter: started grumpy, ended happy. Food bowl: all gone. Purrs heard: 3. Cuddle rating: 4 out of 5 paws. A photo of Biscuit, and a note: fresh water, litter cleaned, door locked.
An example report card. Yours comes with a photo of your own cat.
